Please Note: The biggest expense on most trips is the airfare. Whether the travel is within New Zealand or overseas, there are so many deals around that make it increasingly difficult to quote favourable airfares. Many fares that are cheap will have huge conditions within them, such as immediate payment, non-refundable, no flight changes, provide your names up front, etc. We find that these conditions are extremely difficult for groups to adhere to. Simon Hocking House Of Travel work closely with the airlines who understand these problems. We offer what we feel are the best options that will work for you. Depending on your individual circumstances, we can negotiate the best arrangements for each group. Often this may mean that we book a mixture of fares. We recommend that you look at the best and cheapest option that has a $50 non-refundable cost and requires no names or full payment until about 30 days before you leave. You would use this for those who are definitely going (the A list) and we will hold the next best fare for you that will allow a refundable deposit. This way we can get the best of both worlds for you. Once the B list is confirmed, we can then look at getting cheaper fares for them, but if flights are full then the quoted after is often the best fare. Confused? Don't be!
